২. অ্যাকাউন্ট ও একক-ডিভাইস নীতি2. Account & Single-Device Policy
আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্য (পাসওয়ার্ড) গোপন রাখার দায়িত্ব আপনার। প্রতিটি সাবস্ক্রিপশন প্ল্যানের একটি নির্দিষ্ট ডিভাইস সীমা আছে (Individual: ১ মোবাইল + ১ ডেস্কটপ, Family: সর্বোচ্চ ৫টি ডিভাইস)। সীমা অতিক্রম করলে পুরনো ডিভাইস স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে লগ-আউট হয়ে যাবে। You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Each subscription plan has a defined device limit (Individual: 1 Mobile + 1 Desktop, Family: up to 5 devices). Exceeding the limit will automatically log out the oldest device.
৩. কনটেন্ট ব্যবহার ও কপিরাইট3. Content Use & Copyright

৪. পেমেন্ট ও রিফান্ড4. Payment & Refunds
bKash/Nagad-এর মাধ্যমে করা পেমেন্ট যাচাইয়ের পর সাবস্ক্রিপশন সক্রিয় হয়। ভুল পেমেন্ট বা প্রযুক্তিগত সমস্যার ক্ষেত্রে সাপোর্টে যোগাযোগ করুন — কেস-বাই-কেস ভিত্তিতে রিফান্ড বিবেচনা করা হবে। Subscriptions activate after bKash/Nagad payment verification. For incorrect payments or technical issues, contact support — refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
